Registrants unable to attend the Mastery Program should notify Avitus Dental at least 2 business days prior to the training date. Registrants unable to attend will not receive a refund of their registration fees but will receive a credit in the amount of their registration fee towards future Mastery Programs (if they have provided Avitus Dental with timely notice of their inability to attend). All credits must be used within one (1) year of the date of issuance. 

 

Exceptions may be made for registrants unable to attend due to documented unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe illness or hospitalization, military leave, jury duty, death in the immediate family, etc.). Please contact Avitus Dental if you cannot attend.

 

If a Mastery Program is canceled by Avitus Dental, participants will be notified and previously paid registration fees will be refunded.
